presentation
Today i did my presentation for my final term project and i think it went well. I got some really good feedback and encouragement for the project from the group. It was also interesting seeing what other students are doing.
Also, this week has been spent finalising my work for handing in on Monday. I have my fashion label work prepared for the crit in the morning. Im looking forward to handing in all my work and starting my next project.
I have also started a new piece of freelance work which involves doing a media pack for a super-car club which seems like an exciting project to be involved with.. designing media packs is great practice for me as it involves branding, style and layout.

Fashion labels and H4H feedback
Today i have been finishing sewing my fashion swing tags for tommorow's crit. Following feedback i will have a chance to develop it further.
Also, i contacted the Help for Heroes charity regarding my project proposal and they have told me that i cannot design t shirts to be sold directly through H4H as this is controlled in house. But i can design them under my own brand, as i proposed, but will need to distribute them myself, i need to find out what restrictions there are for the branding of the t shirts and design as they have already told me that i can't use their logo..to be followed up tommorow before the weekend.

project proposal
For the past week I have been researching how to develop the brief for my final project of the second year of study. The final decision for my project is to create a charity clothing brand that can be developed to design, create and distribute T shirts for charity. I have put together a presentation, including video clips introducing my chosen charities.
The presentation can be seen below...
Career road map

For my career plan rather than writing a plan i decided to design a information graphic in the form of a A3 poster as i thought this would be more interesting.
I was inspired by Harry Beck's London underground map as the basis for the design which shows my proposed career path as a graphic designer. It is entitled "My reach will always exceed my grasp' as that is my intention.
